How long will you keep my photos on file? |

We will keep your project on file for 60 days after completion
of movie. This gives you a chance to order more copies for
family and friends. Due to the large file sizes for each
project, we cannot store for a longer time period. |

What is the maximum size photo I can send? |
|
| |
The maximum size of a photo you can send is 8x10. 3x5, 4x6, 5x7 sizes are all acceptable. |
|

How long will take to make my DVD Movie?
|
|
| |
Most projects will take 1 to 2 weeks. Rush orders are sometimes
possible if our schedule allows. |
|
|
How do I get the photos to you, and how do I get them back? |
|
| |
Place your photos between two pieces of cardboard or similar
protection. Send in a padded envelope or similar secure
packaging, and mark on the outside "Photos do Not Bend".
Please use a traceable courier. We suggest sending to us
delivery/signature confirmation. We will also send back to you
using a traceable courier with delivery confirmation.

Can I insure my order during shipping? |
|

Yes. If this makes you more comfortable, by all means do so. If
you would like us to return your material insured, please let us
know. |

Can I use photos from a digital camera?
|
|

Yes – just send them along to us on a CD or email to us at
highridge@optonline.net. Please send to us in jpeg format.

Can I provide you with photos that I scanned myself?
|
|

Yes, as long as the photos are in .jpeg format at 300 dpi or
greater. |

Can I send you slides? |

Can you place other elements in the DVD video? |
|
| |
Paper documents can be included in your video, but each item
will count as a photograph.
Other items such as plane tickets, postcards, and certificates
may also be included. |

What about selecting background music? |
|

You must own the background music you select for your project.
Please provide us with the music you wish to use on CD. Your
music CD's along with your photos will be returned with your
completed DVD project.
For added convenience, or if you do not have the music you wish
to use on your movie, we can obtain (for $2.00 each), the songs
from an authorized downloading service. |

What if I have more than 150 photo’s? |

Any additional photo over 150 would be $1.50 each

How do I order? |

Ordering is very simple. You can order
online, or by giving us a
call. We will be happy to explain the ordering process, and
answer any questions you may have. |

What
forms of payment do you accept? |
|

We accept payment by check or money order. We also accept
payment via PayPal. PayPal protects you as well as us from
fraud. If you have never used PayPal before you will be
instructed how to make your payment. Basically, PayPal will ask
for your name, address, email address, phone number, credit card
number. PayPal will verify that your credit card number matches
your mailing address on file with the credit card company. Using
PayPal is free and will cost you nothing.
